Chair yoga is a gentle introduction to yoga, designed for seniors and adults struggling with mobility. Local instructor Marie Bridges will walk you through poses you can use to help maintain flexibility, breathe more deeply, and sleep more soundly. Registration and payment of a $3 program fee must be done in person at the library.
