Chair Yoga is a gentle introduction to yoga, designed for seniors and adults struggling with mobility. Local yoga instructor Marie Bridges will walk you through poses you can use to help maintain flexibility, breathe more deeply, and sleep more soundly.

Registration and a payment of $3 registration fee must be done in person at the library.
